NVARC members participate in numerous public service activities each year. During the course of organizing and running formal and tactical communications "nets" for these events, we have learned the benefit of training and practice in good message passing skills.

To practice communication skills, please consider volunteering for one of the many public service events that use Amateur Radio for logistics support and health and safety. To find an event close you you, check the PSLIST. If you know of an event that is not listed, please remind the Ham communications coordinator to send the information as instructed in the PSLIST.
